Tae Kwon Do, steeped in Korean history, is a stand up or striking style of martial arts offering a supreme focus on kicking techniques. Other forms of striking include punches, knees and elbows as well as work on blocking techniques, stances and footwork.

Guardian is required to be in the water with child.
Instructors guide preschoolers through the basics of water adjustment and into water exploration in a safe and fun manner. Elementary skills covered include: water safety and practices, water entry, bubble blowing, supported front and back movement, underwater exploration, rolling over and swimming readiness skills. Instructional plan is based on Levels 1, 2, and 3 of the American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program. Classes are divided on the first day. Guardian is required to remain at the facility.
Students will learn to float without support and to propel themselves through the water on the front and back using alternating arm and leg actions on the front and back, rhythmic breathing, and additional water safety skills. Choose this class if your child is comfortable putting their face in the water and can float for a second or two (front or back).
Participants will use expressive movements to increase flexibility, coordination, strength and discipline while learning the art of Ballet.
